International

Despite being born in England, Ball is eligible to play for the Wales national team due to his father being from Pwllheli. In January 2014, he was called up to the Wales squad for the 2014 Six Nations Championship. He made his international debut for Wales against Ireland on 8 February 2014 as a second-half replacement. His first test start came in a 27-6 victory over France two weeks later.
